DOES SEEM ODD, MAYBE THEY GOT OUT, ROLLED ALL THE WINDOWS UP, LOCKED THE DOORS, THEN GOT BACK IN AND RESTARTED :-) OR JUST TURNED THE RADIO OFF. DON'T KNOW EXACTLY HOW THAT "ONSTAR" SHUT DOWN WORKS. NOT A FEATURE I'D WANT.
