My back has been less than cooperative as of late. Nothing too drastic . Just lower back pain. Numbness or pain depending on the movement. Weakness in the legs. It's only been bothering for 45 years so I'll wait a little longer before seeking professional help. Really, why even bother. They'll just give me muscle strengthening exercises that I'll do for three months (maybe) and schedule a recheck. I can do that without seeing a doctor. But I won't. I hate exercising. I'd rather they give me a prescription for something that makes me feel 18 again.  |
