Subject: Re: THURSDAY 17 DEC 2020 by vetteblondie on 2020/12/17 20:40:02 good afternoon - cold here still, temps on the upswing. I measured my 2nd bus today in 32* cold. I do not do cold. Still trying to thaw but 2nd bus proofs already sent to customer and 1st one in print production as we speak. Tee - that first one is still being a problem. Owner covered things on there he normally don't, install looks just like my diagram but she cannot be pleased no matter what. She filed a BBB complain, which he ignored and she tried to sue him. No lawyer in town would take it so she filed a small claims on her own. She's mad that she's being charged for time she requested work be done for (imagine that, people not working for free), and then claims he held her trailer hostage. He has however told her numerous times to come get it or she will be charged a storage fee as it's blocking our "large vehicle" shop. It's still here - she's getting charged $40 a day storage which also has her pissed off. She wants $5,000 claiming it's kept her from using it for busines. There's no P&L statements she can show and the inside is torn out. We feel she just tried to get a wrap, then changed her mind about the trailer then tried to think of a way to get her money back after it was done already. A counter has been typed up to the contrary asking her to pay us $9000 and counting. She's blocked our shop, storage fees, her balance to start with ($2,000) plus the slander and what not, legal fees, and the amount he lost last month by not being able to finish a customer's wrap using the shop she's blocking ($3,500). Court is January 21. I'm sick to death of it and I'm done with it, it's between him and her now. And, come to find out, our former employee that stole us blind is a friend of hers. Makes sense now. |
