Wife was having chest pains and couldn't fully breathe. The internet is no help, according to what you read that's impending doom. So a trip to the emergency clinic was in order. Blood test revealed a higher level than normal of some enzyme indicating a blood clot. Luckily the CT scan was negative for a blood clot and negative for pneumonia. Most likely related to inflammation in the tissue. So she was sent home with a prescription for steroids and told to rest with no physical activity. Coronavirus isn't scary until it's scary.
