Once the cabs were installed I headed to school to work with other classes in the fabrication of the countertop. The material I use is a solid surface material, similar to Corian. The sheets are pretty heavy 350#, so it was nice to have the extra hands/bodies. Spent the rest of the day there. Should be ready to install the countertop tomorrow. Thanks Bob. I can only say that the good lord blessed me with a skill, and that is the reason I want to give back. Funny, I spent my entire professional career teaching young folks...and six years after retirement, I still enjoy being around the young folks and teaching them. Hoping that some of them may choose to pursue either a career, or at least an understanding of what is involved with these vocations. Tommy, that really doesn't sound like a lot of fun to me...the bouncing around, not the big catch. |
