I was at my buddy's last night until 3:30 working on his snowblowers. Didn't have carb rebuild kits so just tried to use the ultrasonic cleaner and some tinkering. Got the 1960s snapper running, that thing is a beast. Carb seals are still leaking and need to be replaced. The newer 9.0 hp craftsman tecumseh will need a full rebuild kit and a few other parts like a cap, fuel lines, primer line, primer bulb, etc. Got it to fire but won't stay running. I'm not too well versed in small engine repair so it's always a new adventure. Hope everyone has a great day! |
