I have been working at home and have a file ready for pring and drop box says 22 hours to transfer. ick. So, I try to save to the external from the pc at work I brought the stuff home on, nope. not allowed. try to fix permissions, won't let me. my other external is mac only so can't use it on pc. I get a ride to work in all this snow, thinking I'll grab the seagage external. nope. same problem. so now dropbox is my only option. very time wasting. this used to not be a problem with my older macbook pro, but the imac isn't having it. Matt, sorry for the back pain. My sciatic was fixed by my physical therapist. There are some very easy and simple things you can do to get it back in place. Whatever you do, do not cross your legs to alleviate as it actually makes it worse. lay on back with knees bent and let the affected side's knee drop to the side to stretch, also hang that one off edge of bed or something to stretch. Do bridges and hold 5 count on each one for a total of 10 bridges. squats, slow, no weight and side leg raises will also help do it. That's what they had me do, and after second day I was back walking and pain free and prevously stove up for couple of years, chiro didn't help at all. Prayers you feel better. |
