Hip surgery then 6 months later was fine then foot surgery, then another foot surgery, hip flexor nearly atrophied, piriformis in a knot, was walking wonky thus keeping my right sciatic out of place. coupe years went by and my neurologist asked why i was limping. Sent me downstairs to the PT. two visits and walking. now back in gym. couldn't be happier. had goofed up muscles and pinched nerves. won't help everybody but sure helped me. |
