The boys friends, associates, classmates, couldn't keep their mouths shut and and fiddle-phucked around with their phones though the whole ceremony. Even after multiple sshhh's, the rabbi himself stood in front of them and told them it's very important to listen and keep quiet. Then stood there and shooshed them several times. The kids might be brilliant but totally lack social etiquette. In my church back in the day that would have got you a surprise smack upside the back of your head from a vigilant priest. You got the message real fast. Going for the 1st vaccine shot later today. You can tell I'm getting old. I said back in the day.  |
