When I get up I usually just have coffee but on occasion, a little while after my first cup o'joe, I figure I'll eat a little something. Eclairs are a breakfast wonder food. They have several important healthy dietary contributions. Chocolate, for good heart health, grain, for dietary fiber and dairy, in the form of a nice creamy center. As we age it's important to get a variety of food groups. Dentist today and tomorrow at 1:00. I need to get another decade out of these choppers. God willing, of course. |
