Sleep in the afternoon. Stay up after getting off on Saturday morning till Saturday night. Night shift can be brutal. But my ex BIL had rotating shifts at the power plant. A month of days, a month of mids then a month of nights. Of course he was happy when day shift rolled around. It's a 24 hour world now. No more rolling up the sidewalks at dark. |
