Subject: Re: 05.01.21 by teebee on 2021/5/2 4:02:05 It's nearly Sunday here. Been a loooong day. Made several trips out to the wedding venue well before we had to be there for pictures. Open it up, meet the DJ, let the photog in, let the brides parents in.... Then back for the pictures... they did 90% of the pictures before the ceremony. The ceremony was nice, short and to the point. My Sister, and both of my brothers wives were there.....not sure we've seen them too much since my brothers' funerals. Rosie and I led the "Grand March", the traditional start of the dance (from Rosies' side of the family) the brides' family had never seen anything like it, nor the DJ, but they joined in and had a great time. You could tell that side didn't do weddings like this often as they pooped out pretty early. Didn't really hurt my feelings, as we were able to clean up and get out of thereby a little after 9pm. The bride and groom are supposed to come over tomorrow and open presents. We will get up and go to church then have them over. |
