I need to get my ass in gear and work on the site... but I suspect that is a few weeks off, we are closing on a refi and are cashing out some equity so we can do some much needed repairs to the house. I need to run my C6 through the SMOG test tomorrow. That should be a slam dunk, last weekend, I fixed the engine code... P0449 - Evap Vent Solenoid. This little box with 2 wires and a fat hose... it sits up in the frame, above the exhaust, next to the transmission. Not that hard to remove, but it requires jacking and removing the right rear tire. The part cost all of $23! I suspect a dealer, with a lift, would do this job no time at all. Oh, well, off to work! Forgot, it's supposed to be in the 70s here today, and sunny. |
