By the time I get off this week, it'll be another 100-plus degree heat wave. Ugh. I might slip outside some today when I'm not busy. Bob good to hear your progress with your knee - keep at it and keep the therapy up, that stuff works wonders. My hip surgery was 4 years ago today, then a coule more surgeries after that and I'm still having muscle issues but thanks to PT I'm up and in the gym and way better. Those people are magic.
