I woke up about 2 last night with what I’m guessing is a panicked attack although not sure why. HR shot up to 154 but if I was still it hovered around 90. I took my lunesta at 4am and laid back down. I’m told this is typical with menopause. WTF. Can’t come up wth any other cause. All vitals have been textbook normal. I’m not havin that crap freaked me out. Might get out later - I at least need to water plants |
