Subject: Re: Saturday Chat 09.18.21 by teebee on 2021/9/18 23:16:38 Hey guys, I headed off early to drive an hour south to watch GS #3 run in his XC meet. It was a little cooler today when they ran. He ran a personal best time in the 5k, a 20:42. His goal for this meet was 20:55. He said he was tired, but within a couple minutes of finishing was breathing normally as though he hadn't even run...He then told me, I guess I need to push myself even harder. Back home and off to church. Yes I guess it is official now, at least they added the 2021 C6 of the Year Winner - Unmodified To my Avitar signature. I am humbled, Thank you. |
