I guess that's what they mean by sweat equity when talking about a home. Speaking of homes. My home value has appreciated amaziingly. Replacing it would be tough though as all the other property values have gone up as well. My brother's old house in Boston is now valued around 2 milion. The home I grew up in is around 1 mill minimum. Most of the kids I grew up with (now adults) can't afford to live in our old neighborhood. They club you with taxes as well in Taxachussetts or Massataxes. |
