Now that I'm a senior citizen I look forward to the days ahead living one day at a time but planning for the future. I still don't want to die too old but I don't want to die too young either. Still feel like I have a lot of life left in me.  A heron has found my pond. Sue's pond is decimated and all the middle sized fish have disappeared. Over 100 fish are now gone to satisfy a few days of the appetite of the heron. Since we'll be gone a week I can expect the same to happen to the home pond. Well I guess that's why fish have fry. I put up a number of solar powered lights to give the front yard a holiday feel. No fan powered animals except for the Hanukkah bear and he comes down in a few days. Also just a small artificial tree on the patio. Onward with this and that type chores today. |
