The work schedule is getting to me more than I thought. I’ve got tonight off and the hours have been cut back to 8/day instead of ten. Having worked for the tool and die industry for so long, a reduced work schedule causes the knee jerk worry about layoffs. Especially since the place is closing. The general consensus is it’ll happen before the projected time, but what throws a wrench in that idea is they’re hosting a hiring event tomorrow morning. Well, I’d better quit here since I just fell asleep writing this. Have a good weekend everyone. |
