Made it to the “Little Apple” before noon, but not in time to catch #2GS before he was at work. So we just dropped off his ‘goody bag’ from home in his car and headed on to KC. Was decent weather-wise when we left, but deteriorated a bit as we came east, now it is clearing up a little. We will be getting up REAL early in the morning. Flight out leaves at 5:40am airport says be there 2 hours ahead, #1 says a little over an hour, so we’ll probably leave the house here at 3:45. Myrtle Beach weather will probably not be any better than here at home, but looking forward to the trip, and time away. |
