Mainly it was in cartoons or comedy movies.I never actually saw anybody slip on a banana peel. For me, today was the day. I had a stock of bananas hanging for the tortoises. The squirrels have been raiding it too. I don't mind. There is plenty there. Well today a critter dropped a banana peel on my walking route to the recycling container. I had a large box in my hand that obstructed my view. Next thing I know ... whoop. Fortunately I had a free hand and grabbed the wall keeping me from falling. The moral of the story is ..... People do actually slip on a banana peel.  |
