The veterans who served to preserve freedom in this country would be hard pressed in my opinion to describe the liberties society has taken as freedom. It's an abomination in my eyes as to what this nation has become. Sure, there are the core values that I hold dear and are pleased we have them. It IS a great nation. The path that many have taken I can't identify with. Progress as it has been called has destroyed the fabric of our society. People crying because they don't execute the freedoms they have to improve themselves.  A failed education system that doesn't teach the skills needed to survive and succeed in life. Racial divide created by those that claim to be oppressed. Parenting (skills?). Discipline has been redefined. Incarceration and (rehabilitation?) An outdated immigration (policy?) Entitlement, deception, immorality, accepted unlawful behavior and the list goed on and on. There is so many great things about our nation that give way to the vocal minorities. I love America. God bless the U.S.A.. May she find her way back to sanity. |
