Marcus, it's probably a good time to get rid of the GS since you modified the crap out of it. I'm back. Alaska was lovely as usual. Had a good time. Great weather. Spent too much on gifts for the wife. lol I was suffering from Mother's Day present guilt and loaded her up with some nice new jewlry and a fox skin jacket. A friend of ours listed his house for sale in Coconut Grove for 5.7 mil. It sold in just 16 hours. He went looking for a house on one level and found one in Coral Gables for 3.2 mil. 4 bedrrom 4 bath, pool, corner lot with a circular drive. The 6 houses he looked at that day were all sold before he could even finish looking at them. While he was inside one realtor told him "I'm sorry, you'll have to leave. The house has just been sold. My house value has quadrupled since I moved in. I'm not going anywhere. Here are some pics from Alaska. |
