GS leaves for Wichita this morning. Doesn't run until Saturday, but some run tomorrow. We WILL be going to Wichita to watch him on Saturday. Drive 4 hours to watch him run for 2 minutes.... Doesn't make any sense financially to go, but makes perfect sense to show him how much we love and support him. When I told him we were coming to see him he said "You're going to drive to Wichita to watch me run for 2 minutes?" And I told him I felt it was important to see him run at State. They have the 2nd best time, in their class, going into State and hopefully will finish on the podium. Materials coming in for a job today.... maybe I'll get a start on that job. |
