Hey guys, Up early and over to install porch railing for a 'slum-lord'...but his rentals aren't slums and he keeps them up really well. He's got a local couple, he's had a foot amputated (diabetes), moving into the place this weekend, and needed a ramp installed and railings around the porch done. I did the ramp last week, ordered the parts for the rail Sunday and Monday, they came in yesterday and today, so I spent all day installing it.
Up early and on the road to Wichita in the morning, leaving BY 6am.
