I live one day at a time knowing that any day could be my last. I do live my life though. I don't feel as I'm missing anything. I recently asked Sue is there anything she would like to do in her lifetime. She told me she would like to see Germany and Japan. I would also like to visit New Zealand and Australia. It's always good to keep something on the wish list. It's like my chore list. I have a list today, I'll have a list tomorrow and when I die I guess they can burn my chore list with me. On the weekwend of July 3rd my sister is coming down with my BIL and we are going to see the Steve Miller Band. Going to the Bahamas on July 21st for a 4 day cruise. Just a quick getaway. Then home for huricane season from through the end of October. That's when it's peak hurricane season. Hurricane season actually goes from June 1st to November 30th. This year is the 30th anniversary since Homestead got wiped out by Hurricane Andrew. I wish hurricanes on no one. Matt mentioned the price of gas yesterday. Probably cost over $80 to fill our sportscars with gas. The Suburban runs to just under $150 to fill up if it's near empty. Should I mention the price of meat? YOW !!! I'm very fortunate that we are well stocked. We work hard, eat well and sleep soundly. Adios amigos. |
