We got up, had breakfast, then went to town to Trees and Trends. they had a good sale on outdoor stuff. I've been looking at a patio set for us to downsize from the other one, but I'm the more thrifty sort. No way I'd pay their original price and their 'sale' price did't suit me either But - manager offered 20% extra off and then another 10% off veterans discount. I still think he figured it wrong as it came up 300$ less than I thought it should have. No complaints here and I"m proud to have it . No fireworks at our house, neighbors had plenty, we didn't even stick our head out to look. Just too freakin hot here and projections of 101 next three days in a row. It's not even the dog days of summer yet. |
