Hot wings were invented at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY in 1964..... the lady that owned the bar needed a quick snack for her son and his friends one night and deep fat fried the wings and whipped up a sauce to put on them and the rest is history....... hence the name Buffalo wings...... you need to know stuff like that...... |
