The serviceman came with the correct replacement part. Being the way I am I had everything set up for his arrival. Step ladder to undo the top bolts that secure the door, a table to work on the door that was cleared and ready, an extension cord, heat gun to work out the shipping bends in the door strip. I held the door while he undid the bolts, put the door on the table and then let him uninstall and reinstall the new door strip. Then brought the door back and held it while he secured the top bolts. As usual I go over everything after he left. The entire row of attachment screws on the hinge side were not secured. In place but not tightened. |
