I made about 5 pounds of beef jerky in my smoker yesterday... now I can't stay away from it.... so good..... and good for ya... got a butcher shop here in town that has the meat pre sliced for you. makes it easy.... I better get to work now.....gotta make the living... have some fun with it Guru's |
