Just front rotors and pads, shouldn't take more than an hour and a half, right? Yeah...three more trips to the parts store, two new calipers and brackets, two new brake hoses, and a sway bar end link. Still needs a CV axle eventually, he didn't mention that to me. I was seven hours deep by the end of it, but the car stops now. So he's happy. Car is a 2006 Nissan Altima with 156,000 miles on it. He's the "just one more year" guy so I think it's bubble gum and bailing wire holding it together at this point. But he's family so you do what you have to. Tackling the shower valve later today. Hopefully that comes along without any issues. Hope everyone has a great day! |
