Josh is over here running tint by himself and needed to step out to pick up lunch next door, I was manning phones from him and got another jerk on his line. People dont' get I guess in shops like ours, there's an appointment book, with a full schedule and no we aren't gonna cancel a premade appt because you dont' want to wait your turn for tint like everyone else. we don't have guys just standing aroudn twiddling thumbs waiting on you to come here is what I would have liked to have told the guy. I think I need to go back to school and find a new career. Entitled minded people have ruined everything. |
