Morning guys....it is still morning isn't it?

Pretty chilly this morning, 18 but up to 32 now. Boy Gris, we should could use that rain you're getting, drier than a popcorn fart here. 40s for highs for the foreseeable future.

I had a clock doctor here this morning. The clock I built a couple years back, got finicky and wouldn't run. The doc came in and checked several things out and determined that the hands weren't adjusted properly and it was causing the clock to stop. As he was explaining the issue, I realized he was absolutely dead on in his diagnosis. I explained to him that made perfect sense, since the clock would stop at almost the same exact minute every time. He told me I could add about a pound of weight to the center weight and it would have probably worked through it, but he adjusted the hands and told me to keep an eye on it, but he was confident that the hand adjustment was the problem. I've ordered lead shot to add to the center weight, as he said the pendulum I had really needs a little more weight than it has.

Going out to the shop now to spray a couple coats of finish on the tables. Church a little later, then over to #2s house for supper after the City's Christmas parade.
