Subject: Tuesday Chat 12.20.22 by Matatk on 2022/12/20 7:04:12 Good Morning CGs! Gris, I thought the best part of hearing aids was you could turn them off when you didn't want to listen anymore....  Back on the topic of help wanted signs...stopped at the gas station on the way home from work (same chain, down the street). Their sign says $19.25/hr plus extras. Went in to buy something and the only clerk was no where to be found. Finally came out from the back. Guy came in after me and wanted $20 on his pump. She told him to go to the self pay kiosk and do it himself. Made me scan my own purchase, too. Not kidding. So that's worth $19.25/hr?? We were both dumbfounded. Snowmageddon is apparently coming. Now calling for 16" on Thursday and Friday. We'll see. VB, I like the idea of the plastic. Almost like a three season room. Hope everyone has a great day! |
