Tee the brisket turned out wow and the fam ate it ravenously... did all you said and it only took 5 hours....had it set on 275.... internal temps were at 180 to 185..... so went past the 165 degrees I was aiming for.... thanks for the tips..... got the behemoth moved in.... what a epic advent...took 5 of us with the 2 weight lifters on the front end and my other SIL and me and Lynn on the back.... went from the trailer up the steps through the house into the bedroom with out setting it down.... it weighs a ton..... I think I was lifting more than Doc though....  Happy new years Guru's |
