I'm putting the 83 in the shop for a few minor repairs. The less that's wrong the better. Sue is working a booth at the local Seafood Festival. She always ends up bringing in new customers and touches bases with many established customers. Reduced the price on the sale price of the nursery but it's pretty much where it will stay at 1.9m. Will take 1.8. Bad climate for sales but investors are on the sidelines. SoFlo is still a hot market and I don't believe will cool too much anytime soon.There will be price readjustments but the market still has many interested parties. The interest rates are something that new buyers have to have to deal with. |
