The girl interested in the 911 is coming ove Thursday to look at it. Her father test drove it and sent her pics. We'll see if she is interested. We know her since she was a baby. The family is friends with us. Never crazy about selling to friends but I'm totally up front and honest about what I'm selling. Besides, I'm being fair on the price. 91 Vette is still in the shop. 79 928 will be going. Spending a little (lot) on things to get them roadworthy and for the most part repaired. The boat shop gets $189 an hour for labor. I told them that was almost as much as the car dealers charge per hour. Dealers are up to about $225. My Porsche mechanic was at $110 per hour but I'm thinking he may have gone up since I was last there. LOL. One of the boat techs said to the guy that was writing me up. That motor is really old. It's from the 90's. |
