It did get as cold as our weather people were predicting....my back porch thermo said 9 when I started the grill. All the way up to 16 now. Looking for a high of 60. Winds turning to the south bringing those warm temps. I'm pretty much stuck close to the house with the brisket on the grill. In about an hour, I'll be wrapping it up in foil. It should be ready for the whole gang by supper time. In the meantime, I'll go out to the shop to get started on the next project. Formica counter tops for the cabinets I installed last week. I wasn't supposed to do them, but the outfit who was, couldn't get to them for a month or so, so I said I could do them. |
