Speaking of brisket, TB, we went out for dinner tonight to a bbq joint and the brisket was excellent. I'm still in my diet, just needed a little cheat day because I've been super strict and hit a plateau. Sometimes a little extra helps kick start things again. Hope everyone had a great weekend! |
