The steady rain and rolling thunders were nice. Sun is out now but supposed to be on the cold side this weekend. Of course it will be, I'm off work. While I"m at work it's 80 and sunny. Got some things sent in for print so that should keep them busy for a while, I think I have one coming Tuesday, he'll probably be my last before I duck out for surgery. I have one emailing me, I told him in an introductory email we do half deposit up front. He shoots back he only does 30 days net. Sorry Charlie, not here. No money no workey. Pondering a pleasant way to get that across haha. I have seen in the news now that thanks to Biden, if you have good credit your mortgate rate will be more to offset those who have shitty credit so you can pay their way. It's getting worse in the world by the day folks. |
