I was driving last night and must have hit something on the road...popped the sidewall on the wife's tire. They were due for replacement with 43k on them but wasn't on my to do list. So $980 later we are back in business. Just in time for our road trip. I feel more comfortable at least with a long drive ahead of us. Mustang is coming along. Got the trans out a few days ago and everything pulled off. Did the rear main, pilot bearing, and flywheel last night. Might get the clutch installed tonight but I'll need a hand lining up the transmission input shaft to install it so that will have to wait until we're back. Hope everyone has a great day! |
