I decided to enjoy inside where all weather is just right all the time.... Got the whole girl portion of the fam here today...they are all looking at houses for the Left coast bunch who just can't take it anymore out there.... looked at one yesterday but was going to be a lot of work to make it right.... so we moved on.... already scrubbed the mud room floor and am washing all the dog beds.....
