Subject: RE:1-800-Flowers F**KED me BAD this time by JrRifleCoach on 2008/2/22 6:50:16 1-800 -xxxxx isn't that through the national florists assoc? I used proflowers.com and used the "rush" discount. As I finished the online order, an advertisement was offered for a $15 off coupon on the next order. I declined and at the next billing statement was presented with a $14.99 monthly charge for some marketing / discount club. Pro flowers would not take my complaint and did not answer the emails. I had to call the marketing group and cancel my membership. All I can say is the flowers are great and my aging Aunt loves how pretty they are, and always arrive when promised. |
