I've bought so much from them that I have a working relationship with them now and just pick up the phone These 800 clubs rip off both the consumer and the florist AS for you problem, there's still several remedies. 1) BBB 2) Written complaint to the corporate head of 1-800-flowers (need the info let me know?) 3) Dispute the charge with your bank 4) A small claims suit The latter are usually cheap to file, I think you have a pretty defensible position, and you can usually get the courts to award costs as well as actual damages in the settlement If nothing else, you can rattle thier cages for a while and maybe make a couple of heads roll.
