Few have seen what you have, and that knowledge should be cherished by all. Been to "town" for a bit today for some things, have some mexican style chicken, rice, pepper stuff simmering. I had some ice cream before supper last night, rarity and bout 2 hours later woke up heart pounding, hot, etc, best guess was a sugar rush - drank water, a shot of crown and sat up to calm down a bit then back to bed, between that and Arrons kicking and junk all night, my lack of sleep its getting to me. While I was up at 2am I read all about sugar and the effects on the body from a medical standpoint. I feel like I can write a dissertation on that now and upon analyzing how much sugar was in that SMALL cup of ice cream, it's a wonder I'm not dead. The internet will scare the heck out of you. |
