I've been avoiding it for as long as I can because of the pressure it puts on the back and abs. It's been over two months since the surgery so I guess I'm willing to give it a try. My insides don't feel quite right but that's nothing new. I thought the surgery might help but alas, it may be something that hernia surgery didn't fix. I'll tell you one thing. I'm not in a hurry to go back to a surgical unit. Guess I'll just deal with it till I can't take it anymore. Preventive medicine prevents me from going to the hospital. |
