My results are back from the biopsies and the good news is the 4 areas of concern came back as basal cell carcinoma and not a more serious form of skin cancer. Heading in for MOHS on December 20th. I have a very well respected surgeon, one that I've used before, that will do their magic. Doing surgery 5 days before the 25th no doubt will mess up my home readiness efforts for the Hanamas/Chistikkah party. Oh well. Ya gotta do what you gotta do. The surgeon is planning on retiring soon so now is a good time to take care of it. |
