Nobody said anything about being closed and it's Tuesday. Turns out tint guys took today off for whatever reason, didn't tell anybody. Would been nice to know since I'm sick too and could've stayed home and cleaned house. One of the others got in touch with owner, he came and let me in, asked to see the book, yep, today was marked off. Never in 31 years have we been closed the day after new years. So, here I sit, unsupervised, doing my work, and answering my phone, and theirs, booking them appointments and such. heck, Owner told one lady her van is done to pick it up today and I allegedly have a trailer getting dropped off. Already got into a fight with an old geezer over card fees. Now I'm coughing my head off cause I didn't need to be talking to start with . New year sure starting off well. |
