Subject: Re: WEDNESDAY THE THIRD by TommyT-Bone on 2024/1/3 15:00:14 DNBFS? I rarely have a day like that. Maybe a little mixed in with my routines. Enjoy. Sue had been hounding for a new bed for at least a year. Finaly got around to shopping and buying the bed she wanted. What was nice was the matress was $400 off and came with a free remote controlled adjustable bed frame (reg $299). I had them drop it off on the front walk for free and assembled it myself because I'm a cheap bastard and didn't want to give them $99 to assemble it. Gave the old bed to Sue's worker who needed it for his daughter. Keep moving forward even when procrastinating. Plenty to do. Time to get to it. In other news. Their is a potential buyer for the nursery. They are talking 80% down and hold a note for a 5 year balloon on the 20% balance. The realtor supports the potential offer and so would we. Today is the last cool day in the forecast for now. A warm up is expected here. Today we started off in the low 50's. Sonny-boy is still on the lamb. Who knows? We certainly don't. |
