State owned, and they have them squeezed down so tight, I sat down at the first one and the second 50 cent run I won "10 free spins" (Interactive game). I thought, this is going to be a good start, as usually, every spin is a winner..... I came out with $3.20 ... WTF! About 10 spins later, again 10 free spins ... $4.15 after those two "BIG" wins I was only down about $8. Well this is shit. Checked out and went to another machine, spent another $10 and never hit anything bigger than $1.20. At that point I could see the writing on the wall. Rosie didn't do any better on her machines. Might be the last time we go to a Kansas, state owned casino. Next time we'll drive down to Oklahoma (about 90 miles) and visit the Indians, they like their money, but they aren't a tight at the state. Worked in the shop today staining parts of the barn doors I'm building. Tomorrow I hope to get them glued up. But first we have to run to Colorado (about 50 miles) to get our holistic supplements. Then in the evening, our next to last home basketball game. So, not sure if I'll get them glued up or not. Pretty nice day here, by afternoon short sleeves and doors to the shop open. |
